A History of Sound is back! We can’t wait to work with more KS2 children across Bucks. An interactive musical show (c.50 mins), workshop (c.40 mins) and follow-up resources pack (includes optional CPD delivery support).
Hello! We’re Vache Baroque. We’re passionate about music, and we love making it accessible to all young people.
To date we have delivered 37 sessions of our workshop-show A History of Sound to over 1000 KS2 pupils.

Teacher feedback includes: “This was the best workshop we’ve had in a very long time. The musicians/cast were just exceptional and hilariously funny. The children genuinely enjoyed it. Everything was so well-rehearsed and presented in a very humorous and informative manner.”
This Autumn we would love to collaborate with one special school in Bucks to adapt our programme for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We have a great team, including musicians specialised in SEND delivery.
We are very open as to what this collaboration looks like. We’d love to R&D together with teachers and pupils via informal ‘sharings’. If feasible, we’d love to be ‘in residence’ at your school for up to 10 days, either in a row or across the Autumn term. We could offer a range of musical support to your teaching team during that time. Alternatively we could R&D elsewhere and visit your school a few times for sharings.
Our aim is to develop a robust (and flexible) workshop format that we could deliver to other young people with SEND in the future.
