The Young Creative Bucks CEP Board is looking for new trustees. We’re looking for people who share our vision of increasing equality of opportunity, accessibility, and entitlement to arts and culture for all young people in Buckinghamshire and help young people to discover, explore, and develop their creative talents, cultural education experiences, and pursue pathways into the creative industries.
You will have the skills, time and passion to be an important part of our pioneering organisation, helping us grow and develop, and keeping young people and creativity at our heart.
We are currently recruiting for:
1. Trustee with Fundraising Experience – someone who can help connect us to individual philanthropists, senior corporate leaders and/or their own network, and help our fundraising efforts across the board to lever significant income for the organisation.
2. Trustee with Marketing & Comms Experience – someone to assist the Board to see the bigger picture; bring a fresh perspective to the Trust’s marketing, communications plans, and strategies, support the organisation’s digital transformation programme, and support our director to explore new opportunities and reach out and grow new diverse audiences.
