Bucks Youth Summit 2025
OnMonday 10 March 2025, 186 young people from 35 schools and youth groups shared their voices on the biggest issues and areas of interest for young people in Buckinghamshire today!
The event was planned and hosted by young people in Buckinghamshire’s County-wide youth forum, the Youth Voice Executive Committee, and young facilitators acted in leadership positions throughout the event.
This year’s conversation space themes were:
Life After School, Mental Health, Politics, Substances, Police, Green, SEND, and LGBTQ+.
The Life After School space was a collaboration with Young Creative Bucks, Youth Voice Bucks, Bucks Skills Hub, Bucks New Uni, Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust and more!
This space, hosted on the auditorium stage, benefitted hugely from the sponsorship by the Bucks Arts and Culture Service, coordinated by Young Creative Bucks, through which a music therapist and art therapist aided young people in exploring barriers to creative expression.
The Life After School space was the most popular of the conversation space themes, with 85 young people taking part across the day.
“Inclusive, helpful and accepting. The spaces were very interesting.”

“Fantastic organisations giving young people a voice on topics that matter to them” – Teacher
